By accessing or using Recycle Solar Caribbean's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Description of Services
Recycle Solar Caribbean provides solar panel recycling services including:
- Free pickup and transportation of end-of-life solar panels
- Environmentally responsible recycling and material recovery
- Recycling certificates and documentation
- Commercial and industrial recycling solutions
- Consulting services for solar waste management
3. Service Eligibility
Our free pickup service is available to:
- Residential and commercial property owners
- Solar installers and contractors
- Utility companies and solar farm operators
- Government agencies and municipalities

4. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your solar panels and location
- Ensure safe access to the panels for our collection team
- Confirm that you have the authority to dispose of the panels
- Not submit hazardous materials other than solar panels
- Be present or arrange access during scheduled pickup times
5. Panel Requirements
We accept the following types of solar panels:
- Monocrystalline silicon panels
- Polycrystalline silicon panels
- Damaged or broken panels (with proper notification)
Panels must be safely accessible and preferably already removed from mounting structures. If panels require removal, additional fees may apply. Contact us for details.
6. Scheduling and Cancellation
We will confirm pickup appointments within 24-48 hours of your request. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
We reserve the right to reschedule pickups due to weather conditions, logistical constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Transfer of Ownership
Upon collection of your solar panels, ownership and responsibility for the panels transfers to Recycle Solar Caribbean. We will process and recycle the materials according to our environmental standards and applicable regulations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Recycle Solar Caribbean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the removal process if panels are still mounted. We recommend using certified solar installers for panel removal.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Recycle Solar Caribbean and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Recycle Solar Caribbean operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
